ST 01 is a sanitary tank with electric heating intended for use in slaughterhouses and the meat industry. The water inside the tank is maintained at 83 ° C using a thermostat with a digital display. If the appliance is switched on without water or water leaks during operation, the temperature controller automatically switches off the appliance to prevent damage to the appliance components. The tank is equipped with a supply and discharge valve, and an overflow siphon to ensure the maximum water level in the tank. A non-return valve is installed on the inlet line. A 4-knife holder with a maximum blade length of 210 mm is available as standard. According to special requirements, the tank can also be modified: by depth, a holder for several knives or an ax. The sanitary tank can be mounted on the wall using the K 01 bracket or placed on the floor using the S 01 stand.
