What is Portative for?
Tanriver Portable Hygiene Barrier is designed especially for use in narrow spaces, escape and emergency roads. It can be used as a practical solution where traditional turnstiles do not allow passage in emergency situations. It also provides mandatory two-handed disinfection and helps to maintain hygienic environment with a curly dry hygienic mat for cleaning the sole of shoes.
Working Method and Properties
Only 220Volt electricity is needed to operate the device, if this requirement is met this hygiene barrier can be moved to any area you want or need and start to use it very easily.
Sole of shoes are cleaned only with a dry curly hygienic mat. For hand disinfection, both hands should be inserted into the 2 separate compartments that are located in front of the machine at the same time; the solution is sprayed as soon as the hands are detected by the sensors. There are Red / Green LED warning lamps showing that the process is done and completed or not. After the hands disinfection process of the person was completed, only then turnstile will be unlocked and allow the passage.

Working Method and Properties
To prevent the bristles from breaking off, the brushes are about 8cm above the rotating cylinders which are installed in depth. Thanks to the Integrated Dosing Pump, the solution consisting of a mixture of Water and Chemical cleaning agent is sprayed onto the brushes. You can also check the density of the cleaning agent through the nozzles.
The working time of the brushes can be adjusted manually from the program, for 01 to 10 seconds or longer. Special Sensors at the starting points start the operation. This model has about 100cm long brushes. Rotating brushes are automatically activated by the sensors. The next step is hand disinfection and the last step is free passage through the turnstile.
Thanks to the turnstile system and the automatic processing process, the staff enter the workshop serially, without waiting in line. The brushes on the system are long-lasting and resistant to breakage / spillage.

Hand Disinfection
Our hygiene barrier machine is also equipped with a hand disinfectant turnstile system. Besides shoe sole cleaning, you can disinfect your hands. Thus, disinfecting hands becomes an imperative and uncontrolled passage of persons who have not properly disinfected is not allowed systematically.
Thanks to the hand disinfection unit, disinfectant is applied automatically at the determined dosage, so that only people whose hands are properly cleaned can be entered into sensitive production areas.

What does COMPACT-TAF hygiene barrier do?
This hygiene barrier has the advantage of making sanitation mandatory by placing it in places where there are frequent passes, at the entrances and exits of the workshop, to ensure the 100% Hygiene environment.

COMPACT-TAF Working Method and Properties
Disinfectant is sprayed when hands are inserted into the disinfectant compartments in the hygiene barrier. Disinfectant is not sprayed and the turnstile is not opened without putting both hands into the device at the same time. Furthermore the disinfection device does not work if the personnel skipped the hands wash step. Liquid Soap is mixed with the running tap water for 3 seconds while the hands are washed, after 3 seconds rinse water automatically flows. In this way, hands must be washed with soap and then disinfected.
Shoes’ Sole are cleaned with a mixture of water and chemicals sprayed to 1000mm brushes, there is a 42mm drain pipe beneath the brushes that is discharging the waste water from the machine.

Hand Disinfection
Thanks to the sensors, chemicals are not used in vain and there is no waste of time. After mandatory step of washing your hands with soap, you are required to mandatory disinfect your hands in the disinfection compartments.
