What is Double Side Turnstile For?

With Tanriver double direction turnstiles, a controlled transition of personnel is provided at the entrance of the factory or facility, and 2 hands are simultaneously disinfected in the compartments located in front of the disinfection device. The turnstile can be integrated with various card reading systems and automatic doors. It is manufactured to be mounted on the ground and is delivered to our customers ready for immediate operation and offers easy and fast installation.

Working Method and Properties

In order to pass through the turnstile, first hand disinfection must be completed. While one side of the turnstile does not allow passage through the turnstile without taking disinfectant, the other side is only designed for exiting from facility, or it can be used in different variations such as 2 sides’ soap/disinfection dispenser or 2 sides exit turnstile. 2 hands for hand disinfection are inserted into the 2 separate compartments in front the disinfection device at the same time, the solution is sprayed as soon as both hands are detected by the sensors. There are Red / Green LED warning lamps showing that the process is done and completed or not. After the hand disinfection process of the person completed, he/she is allowed to pass the turnstile. As the second step if the machine designed to dispense the soap, the personnel will be directed to the sink section for washing hands; therefore you can be sure that all the staff washes their hands with soap. On one side of the device, there is a stainless carrier plate for the disinfectant/soap container.

There is a solution mat for cleaning the soles of our hygiene turnstile, which is completely made of stainless steel. Pool solution is filled and drained automatically in the foot pool part of this mat. Thus, the foot pool can clean itself regularly. Operations such as filling or emptying are not required by an operator manually. With the automatic preparation of the solution Water and Chemical, the dosage can be determined optionally.

Hand Disinfection and Hand Washing

Thanks to the hand disinfection unit, disinfectant is applied automatically at the determined dosage, so that only people whose hands are properly cleaned can be entered into sensitive production areas. Thanks to the two-hand mandatory disinfection zone, it is a must to disinfect both hands at the same time and maximum hygiene is provided.

The sink, liquid soap dispenser, paper towel holder and trash bin on the hygiene line allow the staff to wash their hands as they wish, ensuring hand sanitation.

Turnstile turns freely in the direction of the Social Area from the Workshop and can be closed according to preference. In “power cuts” and “EMERGENCY” situations, the turnstile provides free passage in both directions.

It also provides mandatory two-handed disinfection and helps to maintain hygienic environment with a curly dry hygienic mat for cleaning the sole of shoes.

Only 220Volt electricity is needed to operate the device, if this requirement is met this hygiene barrier can be moved to any area you want or need and start to use it very easily.
