Working Method and Properties To prevent the bristles from breaking off, the brushes are about 8cm above the rotating cylinders which are installed in depth. Thanks to the Integrated Dosing Pump, the solution consisting of a mixture of Water and Chemical cleaning agent is sprayed on the brushes during the operation. You can also adjust the density of the cleaning agent through the dozing valves. The working time of the brushes can be adjusted manually from the program, for 01 to 10 seconds or longer. Special Sensors at the starting points start the operation. This model has about 100cm long brushes. Rotating brushes are automatically activated by the sensors. The next step is hand disinfection and the last step is free passage through the turnstile. Thanks to the turnstile system and the fully automatic speedy process, the staff enter the workshop serially, without waiting in line. The brushes on the system are long-lasting and resistant to breakage / spillage. Hand Disinfection Our hygiene barrier machine is also equipped with a hand disinfectant turnstile system. Besides shoe sole cleaning, you can disinfect your hands. Thus, disinfecting hands becomes an imperative and uncontrolled passage of persons who have not properly disinfected is not allowed systematically. Thanks to the hand disinfection unit, disinfectant is applied automatically at the determined dosage, so that only people whose hands are properly cleaned can be entered into sensitive production areas. Turnstile turns freely at the exit from the Workshop to the Social Area direction and can be closed as desired. In “Power Cuts” and “Emergency” situations, the turnstile will allow free passage in both directions. Product Benefits

Working Method and Properties SA-EFE hygiene barrier is a brushed type hygiene barrier that has mandatory hand wash and hand disinfection system. The sink is with knee sensor, the water starts to flow automatically when the person comes to the sink, and there is no need to contact the sink. Immediately after washing the hands, the hands are dried instantly with the Jet dryer / Paper Towel next to the sink. The system is completely touch-less, therefore there is no need of physical hands contact with the devices at any point. During the transition to disinfectant hygiene turnstile, foot sole washing brushes start to work. Shoes’ bottoms are washed by spraying a hygienic chemical and water mixture underneath. Disinfectant is sprayed when hands are inserted into the disinfectant compartments in the hygiene barrier. Disinfectant is not sprayed and the turnstile is not opened without putting both hands into the device. Furthermore the disinfection device does not work if the personnel skipped the hands wash step. Thus, there will be complete hands wash and disinfection. After all these processes are completed, turnstile is opened and the transition to the manufacturing section is allowed. After mandatory step of washing your hands with soap, you are required to mandatory disinfect your hands in the disinfection compartments.
