The AVANSA 110-Z thermostat is designed to control the heating pump and the DHW tank pumps. The heating pump is switched on when the boiler temperature exceeds the user’s boiler switching temperature. The DHW cylinder pump is based on the temperature difference. Switching on the pump occurs when the boiler temperature exceeds the set hysteresis. The pump runs until the boiler and tank temperatures are the same or until the set tank temperatures are reached.
P function (priority) – if this function is active, the DHW cylinder pump runs as a priority. The DHW tank pump is switched on first and the heating pump is started after the set tank temperature has been reached. If this function is switched off, the pumps operate independently of each other, with no priority for the DHW cylinder pump. To activate the priority function, press and hold the MENU button until the letter P appears on the display.
Function L (summer mode) – switches off the heating pump, only the DHW cylinder pump is running. The heating pump is only switched on if the boiler temperature is higher than 90 ° C – it protects the boiler from overheating.
