The boilers are designed to burn wood on the principle of gasification of the generator using a gas fan (S) that removes combustion gases from the boiler or supplies air to the boiler.
The boiler body is made of steel 3 – 8 mm thick. It consists of a fuel tank (combustion chamber), which is equipped at the bottom with heat-resistant pipes, a longitudinal combustion hole and the passage of flue gases. The combustion section under the fuel tank is equipped with ceramic pipes. At the rear of the boiler there is a vertical gas combustion channel, which is equipped with a heating valve in the upper part. The upper part of the combustion gas duct is equipped with a drain for connection to the chimney.
Advantages of pyrolysis boilers ATMOS
– Possibility of burning large pieces of wood
– Large firebox – long burning time
– Tubular heat exchanger
– High efficiency 81% -91% – pre-heated primary and secondary air to high temperature
– Ecological combustion – boiler class 5 – ČSN EN 303-5, ECODESIGN 2015/1189
– Exhaust fan – dust-free ash cleaning, smoke-free boiler room
– Cooling loop that protects against overheating – no danger of boiler damage
– The exhaust fan automatically shuts off when the fuel burns out – flue gas thermostat
– Easy ash removal – large space for ash (when burning wood it is necessary to clean once a week)
– Small size and light weight
– High quality
Reverse combustion and a ceramic combustion chamber enable perfect combustion with minimal emissions of pollutants. The boilers comply with the requirements for environmentally friendly products according to guideline no. 13/2002 of the Czech Ministry of the Environment. They meet the European standard EN 303-5, and all boilers in class 3, 4, 5, EKODESIGN 2015/1189.
ATMOS boilers must be installed via a Laddomat 22 or a thermostatic valve (motor-operated three-way valve) in order to maintain the minimum return temperature at 65 ° C. The temperature of the water coming out of the boiler must be constantly maintained at 80-90 ° C. The default configuration of all boilers includes a cooling circuit to prevent the boiler from overheating.
The electrical – mechanical – outlet of the boiler is controlled by an air damper with a draft regulator, type FR 124, which automatically opens or closes the safety valve in accordance with the set water outlet temperature (80 – 90 ° C). A lot of attention should be paid when installing the power regulator because the regulator has another important function besides power regulation – it also protects the boiler from overheating. The thermostat located on the boiler plate regulates the exhaust fan according to the set temperature (75 – 85 ° C). The control thermostat should be set at a temperature 5 ° C lower than the vacuum pressure control thermostat FR 124. The boiler operates even without a fan but with reduced power output – heating does not stop even if there is no electricity. A fanless boiler can deliver up to 70% of the power output.
Main switch, safety thermostat, thermometer, operating thermostat and combustion thermostat
Electro-mechanical control is the optimal solution for easy control of the boiler (fan).
The design of the plate with standard regulation is the basic design for all manufactured boilers.
ATMOS ACD 01 control panel
Main switch, safety thermostat, fuse 6.3 A and electronic controller ACD 01
The weather-compensated control is equipped with functions for boiler operation (fan) control, pump in the boiler circuit, two heating circuits, boiler water heating and solar heating control.
Board design with built-in electronic control ACD 01 is produced as a variant for boilers DC25S, DC32S, DC25GS
Each boiler can be equipped at the customer’s place with ATMOS ACD 01 electronic control to control the entire heating system, to control the outside and room temperature. This control can be controlled by the boiler itself, the fan, and many other functions.
